My thoughts on moving that bod.

I exercise more to keep me sane than to get Gisele’s body.  Side note:  I am well aware that all of the exercise in the world will get me no closer to Gisele’s body.  Just so we’re clear.  Anyway, I find that if I exercise, I am far less likely to choose food that is not optimal for my well-being and I am far less likely to over eat- mostly because exercise gets the crazy out of me.  At least, a good portion of it. However, too much exercise can be naughty for your hormones and body, so, again, do what is right for you!  Disclaimer:  I am not a personal trainer and I am not even very knowledgeable on the subject, I just make sure to move a decent amount everyday.
